Zoom Town Hall
On Wednesday, April 3 from 6 to 8pm, we’ll hold a Zoom town hall where collective member, Amanda (they/them) and consultant Riley Yesno (she/her) will present the proposed conflict resolution policy, followed by a Q & A session and an online vote. The presentation will be recorded and distributed, along with the proposed policy. All registered players will have 14 days to vote, so that as many people as possible have time to make an informed decision. Like the survey about banquet spending last year, this will inform the Board whether or not there is a mandate to continue with this policy and the Board will proceed according to the results.
Annual General Meeting 2024
The Annual General Meeting is the forum by which the board of directors gets to update the membership on the progress of the league. All registered Pink Turf players are welcome to attend, listen, and contribute. Only those that registered as Class A voting members (31 of 300 players) will be voting to elect the Board of Directors. We need at least 20% of those folks - you! - to attend in order to proceed with the AGM.
Copies of the final 2024 season budget and complete unaudited financial statements (from March 2023 to March 2024) will be available on request at and after the AGM.

New Player Assessment
The new player assessment is… well where we assess new players! It’s not a tryout or anything competitive: just a chance to make sure we get a chance to see player skill level in order to build balanced teams. Our priority as a recreational league is to make sure everyone has a good time, and balanced teams are a crucial part of that process.

Registration Night
Join us for in person registration for the 2024 season at Glad Day bookshop! This is the best chance for new players to guarantee spot for this year, to try on jersey sizes and to meet other members of the league. Also a great chance to chat, maybe make some friends! That part is up to you!
