Code of Conduct and Release Form

Please read the forms and indicate your agreement and consent when you register online. If you choose to register using a paper application please sign these forms and mail them to us with your registration form. You will not be permitted to play in the Pink Turf Soccer League if you do not agree to the code of conduct and consent to the release form.

Our season will start in May and end in September. Games will be played on long weekend except for Pride Weekend in June.  Please note our league attendance policy which states that all players must play a minimum of 51% of all matches in order to be eligible to play in the play-offs.

You may join Pink Turf guaranteed to play on the same team with one other player, only if you both list each others’ names on the application and only if both applications were received before the league fills up. No sets of three or more are permitted to join teams together.

NEW MEMBERS
We try to balance the skill level on our teams. All new members (individuals who did not play with Pink Turf in the 2016 season) must attend one of our mandatory skills clinics. If you are absolutely unable to attend one of these session, you may contact us at info@pinkturfsoccer.com and we can discuss your experience with you.

Waitlist
Registration for this league is subject to availability. Once our league is full (maximum 250 players) all other applicants will be placed on a waiting list in the order the applications have been received. Every year Pink Turf spots are sold before registration formally closes so please be sure to submit your registration early.

In the case you are waitlisted, don’t worry too much! We tend to pull 10-20 players from our waitlist over the course of the season as individuals leave their teams due to injury, illness, moving, loss of interest, etc. In the case you are pulled from the waitlist you will NOT have the option of joining with another player as the spots are given on priority and only as they are available. You will not be able to choose to be on a team where you already know another player – it’s the luck of the draw!
Fees for joining Pink Turf from the wait list will be the same until mid-July (exact date TBC), after that the fee will be $55.00 regardless of when you start.

Refund Policy

Players who withdraw from the League prior to the end of June will be refunded $55.00
Players who withdraw between July 01st and the end of July will be refunded $35.00
NO refunds issued after August 01st.

Members joining from the waitlist pay 100% of costs for the league ($110) until July 23, 2017 and 50% afterward ($55), regardless of the date joined.

Sliding Scale
If you find yourself in a situation where you are eager to join the league but the cost of membership would cause hardship for you, please email info@pinkturfsoccer.com to discuss a possible sliding scale or deferred payments. We are committed to making PTSL accessible to everyone.
